FALL MAJOR

ENTRY DEADLINES

NOTE:
1. Entry Deadlines listed in the rule books for junior livestock shows are for County Extension Agents and Ag
Science Teachers ONLY. If you plan to exhibit your project through 4-H and do not submit your entries by
the deadlines listed below, you will be charged the processing fee and late fee of the stock show. We will not
jeopardize the entries turned in on time. Some shows have set entry limits for certain species, so it is
important for us to set our entry deadlines early in order to avoid the entry limits.

2. I am a 100% supporter of youth exhibiting livestock through both 4-H and FFA. With that being said, I
cannot speak on behalf of your Ag Chapter and Ag Science Teacher. If you are planning to exhibit an animal
through FFA or have entered a stock show through FFA, you need to direct questions regarding those entries
to you Ag Science Teacher.

Click the name of the stock show for a link to the rules and guidelines for the show. Remember, when you sign the entry form, you
are acknowledging that you have read and understand the rules and guidelines of the stock show.

West Texas Fair and Rodeo: Entries due to the Extension Office by 4:45PM, Monday, July 19, 2021.

Tri-State Fair and Rodeo - Heifers and Barrows Only. Entries due to the Extension Office by 4:45PM, Wednesday, August 11, 2021.

North Texas Fair and Rodeo - Exhibitors submit their own online entries. Online entries due Sunday, August 15, 2021.

State Fair of Texas - Entries due to the Extension Office by 4:45PM, Friday, August 13, 2021.

East Texas Fair and Rodeo - Entries due to the Extension Office by 4:45, Friday, August 20, 2021.

Heart of Texas - Entries due to the Extension Office by 4:45PM, Friday, September 3, 2021.
