Our Lady of Perpetual Help Parish
celebrated with Father Paul Varchola
West, on Sunday, August 10, 2025.
This marked the fifth anniversary
of his Ordination to the Priesthood
and completion of five years as their
parochial administrator and pastor. God
grant him many blessed years! Mnohaja
i blahaja l’ita! In celebration of this
joyous occasion, a social in the church
followed the Divine Liturgy. Father
Paul also serves as administrator of
Holy Trinity Byzantine Catholic Church,
Philadelphia, PA. A special thank you to
the generous GCU Parish Social Grant
Program that helped provide the food
for the social to honor Fr. Paul.

St. Mary Byzantine Catholic Church

Patronal Feast Day-Dormition of the Theotokos Dinner
Parishioners from St. Mary BC Church in St. Clair and sister
parish, Ss. Peter & Paul BCC in Minersville, were invited
to celebrate our patronal feast day, The Dormition of the
Theotokos. The event took place in the church hall on
Saturday, August 23, 2025. All who attended enjoyed a
delicious dinner! We thank the GCU Parish Social Grant for
the generous support of this parish function!
