We are incredibly proud of the fact that our Library –
your Library – continues to be the hub of our community,
providing literary, technological and cultural opportunities
for Plymouth and many of its surrounding towns.

Now more than ever, libraries are vital community institutions,
providing free, safe, and much needed services, connection, and a sense of true community.
Your support ensures we continue to meet the educational, cultural, recreational, and informational
needs of the citizens of Plymouth and its surrounding towns. In addition to our extensive collection of
books, movies, music, and research resources sponsorship dollars help provide:

Literacy:
❖ English conversation groups, One on One Tutoring, on-line language learning tools, ESL tutoring
❖ Free education and prep courses for HiSET / GED through our nationally recognized Literacy
Program

Technology:
❖ Internet access and meeting space for remote workers, students, and patrons who are looking
to find work, start a business, take college prep courses, apply for government benefits, and
research encore careers
❖ Phones, tablets, e-readers, museum passes, streaming movies, and our new Library of Things

Arts & Culture:
❖ Free enrichment and educational programs and community events annually
❖ Arts and culture programs including our Art Gallery featuring rotating exhibitions and local guest
artists

Senior Outreach:
❖ Support for seniors, the home bound, and the other-abled through assisted technology and
remote visits

Buildings and Grounds:
❖ Outdoor enclosed garden space for patrons and programming

Children and Youth:
❖ A safe space for teens and young adults
