The ELI assessment is the 3rd recommended assessment out of 11 by Forbes
Coaches Council for executives to improve their leadership ability.
The assessment produces a current snapshot of how you view the world
based on the filters developed by life experiences, beliefs, values and
perception. By increasing your awareness, you can develop these filters to see
more opportunities and create the success you desire.
The ELI assessment measures your unique energetic profile (no two profiles
are ever same):
Your CURRENT ability to inspire and motivate yourself and others
Your CURRENT level of engagement in life (emotional and intellectual)
Your CURRENT level of awareness and consciousness about who you are
The assessment shows your energetic default in everyday life and how it

changes under stress.
