Save up to 80% assembly time
        with the new E4.1Lean e-chain

Igus claims you can make time savings of up to
80% with its new e-chain, and has produced a
new video to show you exactly how. With an easy
opening design, the E4.1L e-chain can be filled
51% faster and closed 86% faster when
compared to the E4.42 series. The E4.1L can also be delivered complete with drive cables, saving
you time when installing. The video is taken from the test laboratory in Cologne, enabling you to see
for yourself how quick and easy the working with the E4.1L is. Read more here

Elesa flexible coolant hoses support many
applications in all types of machine tools

The recently introduced Elesa FH flexible coolant hoses are
made using snap assembly of individual tube segments to
allow universal direction of the lubricating/cooling jet, with
maximum flexibility. Even when put to the test under harsh,
vibration prone environments, Elesa flexible coolant hoses
maintain stability due to their high-quality design. The length of each tube can be adapted to
specific applications by adding or removing the appropriate number of elements via the snap fitting
feature. The tubes are suitable for a maximum input pressure of 4 bar. Read more here

Redesign brings large performance boost for

PMW’s XR15-05e warehouse robot drive motor

A comprehensive redesign by Printed Motor Works of its low profile, high
power density wheel motor has delivered a large boost to its capabilities.
Improvements to its mechanical design have increased the axial load strength
by up to 650% while being no heavier and all within the same space envelope
and a maximum depth of less than 50mm. The new XR15-05e in-wheel
motor has also been made more robust, with stronger cable strain relief and
an enhanced rotor to body seal. Deep groove ball bearings have been replaced
with an angular contact bearing unit to better withstand offset axial loads. Read more here
