New fluid dispenser available to
improve manual processes

Adhesives specialist Intertronics has launched the
Fisnar DC50 digital dispense controller. The user-
friendly liquid dispensing machine is designed for use
in benchtop applications. The DC50 can be used to
dispense most liquids, fluids and pastes, including
adhesives, coatings, greases, solder pastes and fluxes; it is suitable for dispensing both low and high
viscosity fluids. Using a dispensing controller offers faster dispensing, more accurate deposits and

Sick launches IntegrationSpace
digital services platform

Sick has established a new web-based platform,
Sick IntegrationSpace, to be the home for its
growing data-based digital software and services
portfolio. Seen as a key strategic development
for the company, its aim is to align the operating
efficiency goals of its customers in automated factory, process and logistics with enterprise-wide
business improvement systems. Sick IntegrationSpace will enable users to vertically integrate sensor

IFM launches slim flow sensors with

added functionality and performance

Flow sensors in the new SM range from IFM Electronic feature a
slim design that allows them to be used side-by-side in the outlets
from standard manifold boxes. With compact construction, and no
straight length requirements, they can be accommodated in
installations where space is limited. A further key benefit is that
they use a novel measuring system that minimises pressure drop; in many applications, this allows
pump output to be reduced and consequently saves energy. As well as flow rate, the new sensors
also monitor temperature and total quantity of flow (totaliser function). Read more here
