PERFECT CREDIT SCORE

Roughly only 1% of the population has perfect credit. Perfect credit mans a FICO

score of 850 on a scale of 300-850. There are certain steps that need to be taken in

order to reach an 850 score. People that have high credit scores have the following

traits:

• Have between four to six revolving or credit card accounts.

• Have several installment loans e.g. mortgage or auto loan in good standing

• They have several accounts with around a 20-year history of positive use

• Around 30years of credit use

• No late payments

• Very few credit inquiries

• No derogatory marks on their report e.g., Bankruptcies, collections, judgements, liens

etc.

• Their debt ratios (usage on Credit accounts) is below 20% of their overall credit limit.
