3.0 NEEDS ANALYSIS


                       A survey was carried out before this embroidery workshop was conducted. The purpose of

               this survey is to collect information and determine the objectives regarding Embroidery course.
               This survey is an investigation into the needs of our course program. It helps to ensure that any

               tendering process will focus on a solution to the exact problem. This survey also attempts to collect

               as much information as possible in order to build a comprehensive understanding of the needs and
               issues facing in order to build this organization. Once those needs are understood, it is a lot easier

               to identify potential solutions. There was a wide scope of ages answering this questionnaire in
               order to gain more accurate data from different views. The data collection method involves the

               process of gathering information and data either from primary or secondary data. The analysis was

               carried out from 14  November 2020 to 18  November 2020 which takes 5 days to complete the
               data collection.


                       The result findings of need analysis are collected through questionnaires in google forms.

               The respondents are 100 in number that include a wide range of ages in society. The results and
               discussion  on  the  findings  of  the  questionnaire  are  separated  according  to  the  sections  in

               questionnaire starting with Section A which consists of demographic data and followed by Section
               B and Section C. Section A is to fulfill the general background information about the respondent.

               While section B to fulfill the Specific Research Objectives which are to find out the need analysis

               for this Embroidery Course. Questionnaires were distributed to 100 respondents.


               The findings of this survey have been attached as Appendix B: Finding of Need Analysis.
