BYLAW REVISIONS
The Board has proposed certain ByLaw changes which are necessitated by the Capital Plan and for the
long term health of the Club. These changes are shown in a blue-line of the current ByLaws as proposed.
Each of the changes have been discussed at length by the Board, LRP and groups of members who may
be directly affected. After gaining consensus among those groups, the Board of Governors strongly urges
adoption of the revisions.
