                                                                 1. Assessments will be billed on March 1, 2022 and will be due in three increments on March 1, May 1, and July 1, 2022

                                                                 and are based on attrition projections. (Except Junior, see below)
                                                                 2. Junior assessment is to be imposed as follows: $5,000 payable by year end 2022 at once or in even increments either
                                                                 every or every-other month, and the remaining $2500 payable by year-end 2024 (two years).
