PROGRAM COSTS & TIMELINE
The following are the items to be included in the Capital Plan. While the plan envisions a renovation of 18
holes, which is endorsed by the Board, a 27 hole renovation was explored resulting in approximately $2.3
million in additional costs. The Board is not proposing any sale or change in use of the holes not being
renovated. The general plan is to maintain that area post-renovation as park land.
