PHASE ONE - CLUBHOUSE









 Indoor and outdoor clubhouse dining ranked highly on the membership survey when asked
 about the importance level of Club Areas.


 Many respondents were satisfied with the quality of food, menu selection, and menu prices. Fewer
 respondents were satisfied with the quality of service. The satisfaction scores were equivalent to
 the average scores achieved by the other comparable clubs, except for quality of service.
