FUTURE PHASE IMPROVEMENTS
While we have prioritized the current projects into the 2022 Capital Plan, we have also begun to plan for
additional projects needed in the not so distant future. Our Capital Strategy is meant to lay the
groundwork for these future projects.
Future projects include:
→ Commercial Kitchen renovation
→ Clubhouse renovation
→ Pool replacement
