ADDITIONAL ASSESSMENT &
CONTRIBUTION INFORMATION
Military Member Assessment Sponsorship
Our club and community value our relationship with Moody AFB and our active duty military members.
To ease the burden on these members, we are providing the opportunity to any member to increase their
own assessment by $1500 to cover that of one of our military members. Should we not receive enough to
cover each military member, we will lower each military member’s assessment on a pro rata basis by the
amount received from the Members. A further explanation is attached as Appendix E.
Financing of Assessments
One of our local financing institutions has provided the Club with an offer to all members to finance any
member’s Assessment. A complete description of the offer is attached as Appendix F.
Additional Contributions by Members
Many members have expressed their desire and willingness to contribute to the Capital Plan in excess of
their assessment. Should you plan to do that, it is important that we hear from you as to those plans.
Please communicate that information to Cary Brown our General Manager. You will be asked to execute a
simple pledge form related to any such pledge.
