PROJECT DESCRIPTION
• 48.53 acres at northwest Butler and Hodges Boulevards, near the entrance to the
Glen Kernan neighborhood in Jacksonville, FL.
• There is 24,000 square feet of retail planned among five outparcels from 1.1
acres to 1.49 acres. A 174-room hotel would sit on 3.66 acres. A memory care and
assisted living center would be four stories with 28 units on 3.53 acres.
• Also included on the site will be memory care and assisted living, retail, a hotel
and a Gate Petroleum Co. gas station and car wash.
