Rec Wellness Center, and an 800-space parking deck
• Extensive living-learning spaces

• Nicholson Gateway was awarded Outstanding Design for a Residence Hall by
American School & University Magazine; awarded ‘Best New Development by a
College, University or Institution’ by Student Housing Business
