leaves or mint oil. Put it on your face for 10-15 minutes and

rinse off. You can use it as many times as you want, and since

it’s an anti-inflammatory, it won’t hurt your skin.

               39. Cinnamon and honey mixture—Take one teaspoon of each and

mix it together. Put it on your face and let it sit for 15 minutes.

Rinse with warm water and pat dry. Cinnamon has many good

properties such as antiviral, antifungal, and antibacterial. Honey

is a natural antiseptic, so it can heal and soothe. It’s a

hygroscopic as well, so it can absorb moisture.

               40. Plain yogurt—If you know how, it’s better to make your own

yogurt than to buy it from the shelves. You want to use plain

yogurt either way. Make a yogurt face pack and leave it on your

skin for about 20 minutes. Wash it off with warm water. It helps

cleanse your skin and is cooling and soothing.

               41. Acne facial oil that is homemade—Mixing natural oils can give

you a good facial oil to help moisturize your skin. You can use

about one ounce of jojoba oil. Add 3 drops each of carrot seed

oil, lavender oil, and geranium oil. Mix them all together and rub

a small amount of the mixture between your fingertips and lightly

apply the oil to your face.
