‘Perceptive Picks’
Five Top Reactions - November’20
One of the human rights is to be treated alike. It is rightly said
by Hillary Clinton that “Human rights are women’s rights and
women’s rights are human rights.” According to me discrimination
between men and women exists because of cultural, geographical
and gender differences. It is seen that men get money as compared
to women even if women work equally tough. Many laws are
passed for fortification of women rights but they are just a pie
in the sky. Sometimes government gives a cold shoulder to these
problem and don’t even look into these matters. Girls are treated
like second hand citizens. They are just allowed to play with dolls
and do household chores. Boys are thought to do financial work,
study and other such works. But, both of them are equal. There
is totally no difference. The solitary change is in their names. We
need more awareness of spreading knowledge of women rights.
In addition, the government should take initiatives to check the
correct and proper implementation of policies.
