Graded Papers Release Form

The most time efficient way to get graded papers back to you would be to put them
in your box. This would be for homework assignments, worksheets and quizzes. All
tests will be handed back in class only.

Please check the appropriate box and sign below. We will not violate your privacy.
If you do not wish to have graded papers placed in your mailbox we will continue to
hand them back to you during class.

 Yes, it is ok to place graded papers other than tests in my box.
