As students sought inspiration and had some really good

the various stages of COVID for local knowledge and tips. There was
restrictions. Dr Powell caught also a lot of sharing in terms of others in
the College with local knowledge – we

Vegetarian Cookbook. Any revelations? Favourite recipes?
In terms of the Cookbook, I used it to

As restrictions came into effect lots of recommend. One suggested recipe
people were going on walks, and by the and involved historical landmarks, which did catch my eye was ‘Onions’.
                                           indigenous heritage, colonial sites, and
middle of the year everyone was getting That’s it – onions!

          changing, getting outside for exercise
was one of the small number of things
we were allowed to do in groups, so
we really wanted to encourage people
to get out of the building and take in a
          bit of nature.

          And what about the Cookbook?
What was the inspiration for that?

Partly that was a chance to spread the
joy of vegetarian and vegan food. Partly
it was in response to demand from
students who were planning to move
out of College and needed some tips for
          easy and tasty recipes.

So how did you go about compiling
          your information?

It was different for each. We did a
shout out to students in terms of the
          Cookbook,
