歌山の海の砂や山の草木など自然の素材を使って作品を制作して
います。/ また水墨画の技法である『たらしこみ』を使い、紙の
上で墨が広がり偶然にできる『にじみ』を活かして描いていま
す。

works using natural materials such as sea sand / I also use the ink-
wash painting technique of “tarashikomi,” taking advantage of the
accidental “bleed” that occurs when ink spreads on paper

北橋 幸乃 Yukino Kitahashi

1991年大阪生まれ。/ 京都精華大学芸術学部日本画コース卒業
後、同大学院芸術研究科日本画専攻を修了。/ 形や色味がおもし
ろい植物に惹かれ、主にサボテンや多肉植物を題材に描いていま
す。/ 屏風や板絵など和の様式を取り入れた作品も制作。/ 現在は
大阪を拠点に個展やグループ展に参加しています。

Born in Osaka in 1991 / Graduated from the Japanese Painting Course
at Kyoto Seika University’s Faculty of Arts, and completed graduate
studies in Japanese Painting at the same university’s Graduate School
of Arts / Draws primarily plants such as cacti and succulents, attracted
by their unique shapes and colors / Also creates works incorporating
traditional Japanese styles such as folding screens and painted
panels / Currently based in Osaka, participating in solo and group
exhibitions
