People Awards 2021
The People Awards is an annual recognition event for all Southville employees with an aim to celebrate
their excellence, achievement, and dedication to service. Deserving employees who have shown diligence
in manifesting the Southville Core Values are given “The 5Cs Award”: Competence, Character,
Collaboration, Commitment to Achieve, Creativity. In addition, the VOLT ACE Performance Award is given
to employees in recognition of their exceptional ACE qualities, excellent delivery of instruction or
administrative services, and excellent work habits.
