The homeroom adviser will be the sponsor of new
students.

Can a student change his/her

assigned sponsor?

You may refer the concern immediately to CAPS. Avoid

asking the student why he/she wants to change his/her
sponsor.

Can parents request for child

counseling?

Yes, parents may send a letter of request for
intensive counselling to the CAPS Office.
