An Organisation of impact
Women are the change agents and decision makers in many farming
businesses. Often, they’re juggling family life and important roles within
and outside the farm gate. Our focus as an organization, is to create
opportunities for our valued members to connect and upskill with real and
relevant learning so they can implement change that benefits their
businesses, communities and wider dairy industry.
A nationwide network of volunteer regional leaders helps us to develop and
deliver events within rural communities, providing farm businesses and their
teams with the tools and knowledge to share with to their families,
businesses and communities..
Formed in 1998, we continue to be a passionate and committed
organisation. We’re recognized for our ability to execute well together with
a focus on collaboration within the industry. But we can’t do it alone. The
connections we make with other organisations’ empower us to empower
others. Through our partnerships we enable our members thrive.
