•   Employment that impairs or has a detrimental effect on the employee’s work performance with Footprint;
               •   Employment that requires employees to conduct work or related activities during working times or use any
                   of the Footprint’s tools, materials, or equipment; and
               •   Employment that directly or indirectly competes with the business of Footprint.
            For the purposes of this policy, self-employment is considered outside employment.

            The Company will not assume any responsibility for employees’ outside employment. Specifically, the Company will
            not provide workers’ compensation coverage or any other benefit for injuries occurring from, or arising out of, such
            outside employment.


            PERSONAL APPEARANCE AND DRESS

            Footprint always requires all employees to maintain a clean and professional appearance. Footprint employees are
            expected to use good judgment with personal appearance and hygiene to ensure clothing and grooming is
            appropriate for their work environment. Employees should avoid extremes in personal grooming and dress. In order
            to present a professional image, while also ensuring a safe and productive work environment, the following guidelines
            apply to all employees:
               •   Wear clean, properly fitting clothing or uniforms that are approved by the site. Employees may be asked to
                   return home and change into appropriate attire if they arrive at work inappropriately dressed or groomed.
               •   Employees should wear their current work identification badge when working.
               •   Shoes should be low-heeled, with a rubber sole and a closed heel and toe.
               •   Do not wear dangling or loose jewelry.
               •   Limit the use of perfumes and colognes.


            EMPLOYEE’S PERSONAL BELONGINGS

            Employees should maintain an uncluttered work area. Employees who work in offices may display or store a
            reasonable  number of small  photographs, pictures and other personal  belongings that are  of the size and type
            appropriate for  offices  and appropriate for the size and type of office space the employee occupies.  Personal
            belongings may not be displayed in work or public areas. Footprint reserves the right to require employees to remove
            personal belongings at its sole discretion. Personal belongings must not violate Company rules and may not include
            material that is discriminatory, harassing, violent or threatening.


            INSPECTION OF PERSONAL PROPERTY, EQUUPTMENT AND VEHICLES
            All persons on Company property or who are performing services on a Company project, and all property, equipment,
            and vehicles on Company property or being used in connection with the performance of work on a Company project
            (including, but not limited to, all vehicles, containers, desks, and file cabinets), are subject to unannounced inspection
            by the Company. You should not expect that any property or items that you bring to work with you or that you use at
            work are private. If you do not want any property or items inspected, do not bring them to work.

            Employees who refuse to permit inspections under this policy or who fail to cooperate with inspections under this
            policy will be subject to discipline, up to and including termination of employment.

            MOBILE DEVICE POLICY

            While at work, employees are expected to exercise discretion in using personal mobile devices. Excessive personal
            calls, texting, internet use  or social  media  during the workday can  interfere  with employee productivity and be
            distracting to others. Employees are to make personal calls during non-working time where possible and away from
            their working area to avoid distractions to their co-workers.

            Footprint is committed to promoting highway safety by encouraging the safe use of mobile devices by its employees
            while they are on Company business. While the Company recognizes there often is a business need to use mobile
