Services include 3 face to face meetings with a counselor per year per person at NO CHARGE.

Vacation
Employees earn vacation based on their years of service with the company as listed below. The vacation year
runs from January 1st through December 31st.
New hire but less than 5 years - 80 hours (2 weeks per year)
5 years but less than 15 years - 120 hours (3 weeks per year)
15 years or more - 160 hours (4 weeks per year)
Note: Vacation eligibility for new hires is prorated from date of hire.
