incentives in Castlight. Just remember to use all of your Castlight incentives
by 12/31 each year. If you don’t use them, you’ll lose them!

In addition, for Associates enrolled in AEO’s medical insurance, we have in-
centives through Cigna that you can redeem for gift cards each year! These
programs change every year, but as seen below, we believe that prevention
is key to being healthy! In 2022, medically-enrolled Associates can earn up to
$300 in incentives through Cigna, and medically-enrolled spouses can earn
up to $200!
