LEAVE BENEFITS
Vacation
All full-time employees are eligible to accrue vacation leave
under the following guidelines:
Years of Service Hours Annually
0-3 80
4-7 120
8+ 160
Sick Leave
All full-time employees are eligible to earn sick leave at a rate
of 7 days (56 hours) per year.
Holidays
All full-time employees receive paid holidays. Generally, the
Nationals observe the following seven (7) holidays and the
week between Christmas & New Year’s Day:
• MLK Jr. Day
• Memorial Day
• Labor Day
• Day after Thanksgiving
• Presidents Day
• Independence Day
• Thanksgiving
Other Leave
• Bereavement Leave
• Jury Duty
• Family Medical Leave (FMLA)
• Military Leave
