               EMPLOYEE AND DEPENDENT MEDICAL  INSURANCE (Rates Reduced & Additional Option)
               All employees will be able to choose to have medical insurance for themselves and any eligible dependents. The program
               allows you to choose from a listing of network doctors and hospitals that will reduce your out of pocket costs. Chartwell
               Hospitality pays 85% of the cost for this program for employees an average 75% of the cost for covered dependents. The
               payroll deduction for this coverage will be:

                 Symetra + MEC Plan Option 1 for Hourly Associates (for 24 Pay Periods)

                 Employee Only                  $6.79
                 Employee + 1                   $14.96
                 Employee + Family              $22.30



                 Symetra + MEC Plan Option 2 (Buy-Up) for Hourly Associates (for 24 Pay Periods)

                 Employee Only                  $22.35

                 Symetra + MEC Plan Option 3 (Buy-Up) for Hourly Associates (for 24 Pay Periods)

               Amounts deducted from your paycheck qualify for pretax treatment that will reduce the cost of your insurance
               approximately 22% to 30% with the savings in taxes (depending on your state taxation).

               EMPLOYEE AND DEPENDENT DENTAL INSURANCE
               All employees will be able to choose to have dental insurance for themselves and any eligible dependents. The program
               allows you to go to any dentist. Routine services such as exams are paid at 100%, restorative services such as fillings are
               paid at 80% and major services such as crowns are paid at 50%. Chartwell Hospitality pays 85% of the cost for this program
               for employees and 50% of the cost for covered dependents. The payroll deduction for this coverage will be:
