When Benefits End
         In general, coverage ends upon the first to occur of the following:

         •    The date your employment is terminated
         •    When eligibility requirements are no longer met
         •    If any required contribution is not made
         •    The day Major League Baseball no longer offers the coverage, or the policy terminates
         •    The date your cease to be an active employee for any reason, except for absences covered
              by vacation or sick leave


         Continuation of Coverage

         If you leave the organization, you may be able to continue your health care coverage for yourself
         and your dependents under the provisions of COBRA providing you pay for the continuation of
         coverage. Eligible health plans include medical, dental, vision, health care assistance, and the
         Employee Assistance Program. Contact the Human Resources Department for details.


         Coverage For Retirees
         If you retire between the ages of 62 and 65 with 10 or more years of Baseball service, you may
         continue your medical and dental coverage until you are eligible for Medicare. During your
         coverage period, any changes in the medical and dental plans for active employees will also apply
         for retirees.
