        CPC Behavioral Healthcare provides access to an Employee Benefit Advocate through our relationship with
        Willis Towers Watson. Direct Path realizes that the average person finds health care and insurance
        frustrating, complicated, intimidating and, of course, more and more expensive. Direct Path was formed to
        provide assistance to CPC employees and their family members with all types of questions and concerns
        they may have.

        Direct Path is there for our participants to resolve benefit questions; claim and billing issues; coordinate
        appeals; researching in-network physicians/facilities; educate members about the cost impact of their
        choices; review benefits for specific health care tests and procedures.
