Plans and Summary Plan Description
The Nationals intends that all benefits provided under the Plan will not be taxable to you
under federal tax law. However, the Nationals do not represent or guarantee that any
particular federal, state or local income, payroll, personal property or other tax consequence
will result from participation in this Plan. You should consult with your professional tax
advisor to determine the tax consequences of your participation in this Plan.
Privacy
The Plan is required under federal law to take sufficient steps to protect any individually
identifiable health information to the extent that such information must be kept confidential.
See Appendix B for more information about the Plan's privacy practices.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Plan Sponsor Information. The Plan Sponsor is the Washington Nationals Baseball Club,
LLC. The address and telephone number as well as the employer identification number
assigned to the Plan Sponsor by the Internal Revenue Service are as follows:

Plan Information. The official Plan name, Plan identification number, Plan Type and Plan

Plan Type: This Plan is a cafeteria plan under section 125 of the Internal
Revenue Code and, to the extent the Plan provides for Health Care
Reimbursement Account benefits, the Plan is also a welfare benefit plan.
Type of Administration. The Plan is administered by the Plan Sponsor except for the
functions delegated to the various insurers as described in the underlying contracts,
certificates of coverage, and benefits booklets.
Agent For Legal Process. The agent for the service of legal process for the Plan is Damon
Jones at the address set forth above.
Plan Year: The Nationals’ fiscal year and the plan year end on December 31.
