Welcome to DPR Construction! We are excited you have decided to join the team and take part in Building Great Things. You
and your family are important to us and we strive to offer benefits to all our DPR families that are both comprehensive and
affordable. We offer essential benefits as well as many voluntary benefit plan options we hope address all your benefit needs
from legal consultation to a robust Wellness Program. This guide will provide an overview of the programs we offer. Additional

The Life Advantage program is available for you to customize a benefit
program that meets your and your family’s needs.
This guide provides a summary of your benefit options. Please review them
carefully before you enroll. Please visit Workday when you are ready to enroll
in your benefits. You have 30 days after your date of hire to submit your
benefit elections. You will not be allowed to make changes to your benefit
elections until our annual open enrollment or unless you experience
a qualifying event.
