The Cost of Your Benefits


                                                               The Company pays the cost of many of

                                                               your benefits and you share the cost for
                                                               others. LEGO takes pride in being above-

                                                               market competitive in terms of having a
                                                               lower premium share to the employee.
                                                               You pay the full cost for any voluntary

                                                               benefits you elect.



        Benefit Basics                                        Qualified Life Events


        As a LEGO employee, you are eligible                  Generally, you may change your benefit
