        This is a no cost, confidential service paid  for by the company, through Guidance resources, managed by ComPsych.
        Services include 3 face to face meetings with a counselor per year per person at NO CHARGE.

        Additional on-line resources include articles, videos, podcasts and an “ask the expert” chat line

  Vacation


       Fives recognizes the importance to take time away to recharge and be with family, therefore, encourages
       employees to take the time available to them.


       Eligible vacation time is based on years of service.   New Hire – 5 years = 120 hrs. Thereafter, an additional 8 hrs
       of vacation is earned each additional year of service, caping at 15 years of service with 200 hours.

       The vacation year runs from January 1st through December 31 .
       New Hires are prorated the first year from date of hire.



    Holidays


      The following days are generally observed: New Years Day, Good Friday,  Memorial Day, Independence Day,

      Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve Day, Christmas Day and New Years Eve
      Day. The approved annual Holiday schedule will be posted on the Company Intranet.
