These amendments will not affect claims incurred for which items or services have been
provided prior to the effective date of amendment. As a reminder, the Board of Trustees of the
Major League Baseball League-Wide Insurance Program reserves the right to amend or modify
the Plan at any time and for any reason with respect to all participants and their dependents,
including the right to make certain administrative changes to the Plan and amend the benefits
provided under the Plan.
