Enrolling in Your Benefits
Ultipro is used to enroll in your benefits. It enables you to add, change, delete and review your current
benefits. Please see below for detailed instructions.
Go to https://e23.ultipro.com/
Username: Your last name + last four of your social security number (i.e. smith1234)
Password: Your initial password is your Date of Birth (ie 06011993)
You will be prompted to change your password when you first login. The password must
be from 8 to 15 characters in length and have at least one upper case alpha letter, one
number, and questions/answers relevant to you, should you ever forget your password.

If you are a new hire, please choose one of the following options:
1. I am a new employee
2. I am moving from Part-Time to Full-Time
3. There is a change in my marital status
4. I want to add/remove a dependent
