Benefits are paid directly to you. You qualify for this benefit if you are admitted to a hospital for 24+ hours.

• Eligible expenses include:
o Train, bus, subway & ferry.
o Parking at or near your place of employment.
• Pay with Discovery Benefits debit card or pay out of pocket and submit for reimbursement.
• Monthly Maximum of $270 can be elected pretax for both transit and parking separately
