Basic Life and Accidental Death &
Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance
Coverage
Life insurance is an important part of your financial security,
especially if others depend on you for support. Accidental
Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance is designed to
provide a benefit in the event of accidental death or
dismemberment.
Emmis provides Basic Life and AD&D Insurance to all eligible
employees at no cost to you: One times your base annual
earnings, up to a maximum benefit of $100,000. Emmis also
provides $5,000 in Basic Life coverage for your spouse and
$2,500 for eligible dependents, if applicable.

Death & Dismemberment (AD&D)
Insurance Coverage
Emmis offers supplemental term life insurance and AD&D
through MetLife to all eligible employees (non-union full-time Paid Time Off and Leave
