ACCIDENTAL DEATH & DISMEMBERMENT INSURANCE
Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance is an
important part of your financial security, Accidental Death
especially if you support a family. & Dismemberment Benefit
Insurance (AD&D)
On your death, Canada Life will pay your Accidental Death &
Dismemberment insurance benefits to your named 100% of
beneficiary. If you have not named a beneficiary or there is annual
no surviving beneficiary at the time of your death, payment
will be made to your estate. Your employer will explain the Basic Employee earnings up to
claim requirements to your beneficiary. $50,000
AD&D maximum,
