What’s new for 2022

There are quite a few improvements to the employee experience with few decrements in coverage.
        • Many of the medical payroll deductions have reduced for the 2022 plan year, and the dental/vision payroll deductions
          have stayed the same.
        • With the UnitedHealthcare medical plan, all enrolled members who utilize the Designated Provider Network will be
eligible to access Specialty physicians at the Primary Care Physician copay.
        • Emergency room copay has decreased for all enrolled members from 2021 health plans.
        • $0 Copay for Kids program allows for $0 medical office visits for the non-HDHP plans for covered dependents under
          the age of 19.
        • The UnitedHealthcare dental program now offers Orthodontia coverage on both plans.
        • Vision now has a reduced Materials copay and now includes a 12-month frequency for the replacement of frames.
        • Warby Parker is in-network with UnitedHealthcare Vision. Enrolled members simply pay their copay to receive glasses
or contacts at the in-network cost.
        • Under the UnitedHealthcare coverage, employees will have access to the Motion wellness program to earn rewards for
          healthy living.
        • Zenoss will continue to offer a contribution of $750 for individual and $1500 for family for those that are enrolled in the
          HDHP plan.

Ways to save money throughout 2022

        • Review the UnitedHealthcare site (www.myuhc.com) to ensure you are staying in-network.
        • Save money by using the UnitedHealthcare Virtual Visits (www.myuhc.com) for common conditions such as fever, rash,
sinus problems, sore throat and more. This service is great if you are traveling and are not able to consult your normal
PCP quickly. This virtual visit is a $0 copay for Core and Buy Up plans, a $50 copay for the HDHP plan.
        • Consider visiting an Urgent Care facility vs the Emergency Room; the Urgent Care copay is only $75 vs a $250 + coinsurance.

        • Have a prescription that is costly? Download GoodRX.com to make sure that you are getting the lowest price on any
prescribed medications. Please note that if you use this service, it will not apply to your deductible/out-of-pocket but
could save money in the long run.
        • Health Advocate offers a program by the name of Medical Bill Saver. Personal Health Advocates will help negotiate
any medical or dental bill over $400 in the instance you went to an out-of-network provider or received care that you
thought was covered by insurance plan.
        • LifeWorks offers a Discount Program that makes your money go further. This program allows you to save money on
everyday items you buy by earning you cashback when you shop online through the platform.
