         Clarins We Care Wellness Program


         The Clarins We Care mission is to promote a healthy
         workplace and to encourage you and your
         spouse/domestic partner to enhance your health and
         wellbeing. Over the last several years, Clarins We Care
         has offered a variety of resources to help you on this
         journey to making healthy decisions. We believe that you
         can improve your quality of life if you take control of your
         nutrition, exercise more, and effectively manage your
         lifestyle.
         Even if you’re in the best shape of your life, some serious
         illnesses do not have obvious symptoms in the early
         stages.  Therefore, we encourage all benefits eligible
         employees and their covered spouses/domestic partners
         to obtain their annual, routine physical exams.  Identifying
         health issues before they become serious is one of the
         best ways to stay healthy.  Your routine physical,
         combined with the Cigna Health Risk Appraisal (HRA) is
         a great way to determine the current state of your overall
         health, and to figure out what steps you should take to
         improve your health.  Eligible employees and
         spouses/domestic partners may qualify for an employee
         contribution differential  by participating in the Clarins We
         Care annual physical and HRA campaign.
