                                                                  at 50% of your amount elected.

                                                                If you are diagnosed with a covered illness again after a
                                                                treatment-free period of 12 months, you will receive 10%
                                                                of the original benefit amount. If you are diagnosed with a
                                                                different and subsequent covered illness at least 90 days
                                                                after the diagnosis of the first critical illness, you will receive
                                                                an additional Critical Illness insurance benefit.
