Accident Insurance Critical Illness Insurance
Accident Insurance provides benefits to help cover the Critical Illness Insurance provides cash to help pay for both

The Standard Accident Insurance
The Standard Critical Illness Insurance
Cash benefit based on type of accident (ranges from
$60 - $100,000) Employee Benefit Amount: $2,500 to $10,000. Spouse up to
$5,000, and dependent child(ren) are automatically covered
at 50% of your amount elected.

● Torn ligaments ● Heart attack
● Cuts repaired by stitches ● Major organ failure
● Eye injuries ● End-stage renal (kidney) failure
● Ruptured discs ● Coronary artery bypass graft surgery

If you are diagnosed with a covered illness again after a
treatment-free period of 12 months, you will receive 10%
of the original benefit amount. If you are diagnosed with a
different and subsequent covered illness at least 90 days
after the diagnosis of the first critical illness, you will receive
an additional Critical Illness insurance benefit.
