401(K) RETIREMENT SAVINGS PLAN AND
MLB NON-UNIFORMED PENSION PLAN

401(k) Retirement Plan
You are eligible to participate in the plan as of the first of the month following
completion of one month of service with the Company.

This tax deferred retirement savings plan through Mass Mutual. It is designed to

help ensure financial security for your retirement years. Beginning 01/01/2015, The
WNBC 401(k) began auto-enrollment with elective deferrals at 6% escalating 1%
each January to a maximum of 10%; unless Employees choose another deferral

rate or choose to opt-out.

MLB Non-Uniformed Pension Plan
This plan is administered by Major League Baseball, you are automatically enrolled
once you have reached age 21 and have accrued at least one year of baseball
service. You will not vest in any of your benefit until you have accrued five years of

baseball service.
