embarking upon a new era as a stand-alone company
3 Welcome we will be transitioning over the next few months to new
benefits and payroll.
4 Eligibility As a company, we strive for excellence in all that we do,

mental and financial well-being of you and your family.
6 Medical Plans Our goal was to limit the amount of changes and to
keep as many highly-used benefits the same as possible
10 Dental Plans – we were able to absorb a majority of the increase in
costs in order to protect our employees’ health benefits.
11 Vision Plan
Most of the offerings are very similar to what was
12 Life and Accidental Death & previously offered, although there will be some changes
Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance you see as well.
This year’s Benefits Open Enrollment period begins on

August 2 and runs through August 20, 2021. I highly
