          WELCOME TO OPEN ENROLLMENT!

          We are pleased to provide you with competitive benefits that are a vital part of your total compensation.
          You have the flexibility to select from a wide range of benefits to keep you and your family healthy, provide
          financial protection in the event of an unforeseen event and help you build long-term security for retirement.
          IMPORTANT: You must elect your benefits during this Open Enrollment in order to have coverage
          effective October 1, 2021. Your existing benefits will not carry over into the new plan year. If you don’t
          elect benefits during Open Enrollment, you will have no coverage on October 1, 2021.

          Any deductible or annual limits met between January 1, 2021, and September 30, 2021, will be credited
          toward your new deductible effective October 1, 2021.  The deductible and annual limits will reset again on
          January 1, 2022.

          For your FSA and HSA, your Optum accounts will roll over to the new Dreyer’s plan. Your contributions and
          Nestlé’s contributions will roll over on October 1, 2021.  During Open Enrollment, you will be electing your
          new contributions for 2022 based on the 2022 maximum amounts set by the IRS.
          This brochure was designed to answer some of the basic questions you may have about your benefits. Please
