The Life Assistance Program is a 24-hour confidential resource managed by Cigna. This EAP offers
three face to face visits along with unlimited telephonic short-term counseling for you and all of
your family members for issues such as stress, anxiety, grief, emotional dilemmas and substance
abuse. They can provide help researching and finding referrals for important services such as
childcare, education, adoption resources, legal and financial assistance. Call anytime, any day or
