Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – Guidance Resources:
ComPsych Program

Murata recognizes that problems of a personal nature can have an adverse effect on employees and their job
performances and that most problems can be dealt with successfully when referred to the appropriate professional
resources.

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP), administered through Guidance Resources, is a confidential program
designed to deal with a broad range of human problems such as mental or emotional disturbance, family or marital
difficulties, alcoholism or other drug abuse, and financial stress or other concerns.

Guidance Resources with The Hartford will provide 3 (three) face-to-face meetings annually, identification of resources,
and referrals to help promote emotional wellness. The EAP program is available to all active employees. You do not need
to be enrolled in a medical plan to utilize this program.

agreement, funeral directive, postnuptial agreement, contested divorce, gender identifier change, hospital
visitation authorization, restraining order, revocable and irrevocable trust, building codes, easement,
foreclosure, zoning and variances, property tax, state and local tax collection defense, state and local tax audit
and credit records correction.
