Healthyroads is a program of American Specialty Health (ASH) designed to help an individual reach their health goals.
Programs include:
• Health Improvement
• Weight Management
• Exercise
• Stress Management
ASH has professional health coaches on staff who are ready to help an individual set and achieve any goals they may
have related to their health. Once a customer selects the desired program detailed descriptions will be reviewed with the
customer.
Fitness facilities including Curves, Anytime Fitness, select Gold's Gym, Jazzercise, Snap Fitness and other chain/local
centers.
There is no printed club directory. Clubs are constantly changing. Individual customers may access Healthy Rewards
(www.cigna.com/rewards password: savings), to search for providers by city, state and zip.
