• Fireworks were reported in the area of Kamm and College avenues

• Domestic violence was reported in the 2000 block of Olive Way at 2:11 a.m. • An unwanted person was reported in the 700 block of Short Avenue at 12:46 p.m.
• Illegal fireworks were reported in the area of East Whittaker Way and College Avenue at 3:31 p.m.
• Tools were taken from a vacant residence in the 200 block of South P Street. It was reported at 5:49 p.m. • A reckless driver was reported in the 700 block of North Lyndsay Way at 6:59 p.m.

He also reportedly advised officers that he had tested positive for COVID-19. After being treated, the suspect was transferred to the Fres- no County Jail. Officers used Personal Protection Equipment during the arrest.

• A male subject was ar- rested in the 300 block of L Street for trespass- ing. The subject was found camping near the railroad tracks.
• A male subject was re- portedly walking in and out of traffic in the 2600 block of Jensen Avenue, yelling at passing cars and causing a traffic hazard. Officers located the subject and sent him for a 72-hour mental health evaluation.
• Mail was reportedly
stolen from a commu- nity mailbox in the 300 block of Segura Avenue. • A vehicle was reported stolen in the 2500 block of 5th Street.
• A subject was arrested for criminal threats af- ter officers responded to the 300 block of West Avenue for a report of domestic violence.
